Harness the power of emotion
When I was a graduate student, I learned various anatomical pathways of the brain and their associated behaviors. Details are fuzzy now, but one thing I do remember.
Memories are strengthened when paired with strong emotion.
Remembering where you left your car keys or the last time you ate can be difficult. But just about everybody remembers emotionally-charged events such as the first time they hit a home run, their first kiss, and the birth of their children.
So?
Well, for me, that is reason enough to want to pull some sort of emotion out of your prospects when presenting your offers. You want to be remembered. Use emotion to your advantage to achieve that. No one will act on your offer if they can't remember it.
